Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for customers in the Kissimmee area. If you choose this option, we will notify you once your order is ready for pickup at our location inside Plaza del Sol Mall.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back with us as we expand our shipping options.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Issues
All Body Spa is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
